• To improve the product: We analyze usage patterns to make ClearPath smarter and more useful for land clearing operators.
• Anonymized benchmarking: Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to generate industry benchmarks and insights. No individual business is identifiable in these aggregations.

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal or business data to anyone.
• We do not share individual user data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• We do not use your specific business data to advise your competitors.

4. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies only — these are required to keep you logged in while using the Service. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

7. Your Rights

• Access: You can view your business profile and account information at any time within the app.
• Correction: You can update your business profile through your account settings.
• Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
• Export: You may request a copy of your data by contacting us.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
